Perfect for a backyard BBQ!!
- 4 oz chicken breast
- 2 T barbecue sauce
- 1 ½ c cabbage (grated)
- 1 ½ T coleslaw dressing (low fat, bottled)
- 3 pineapple rings (grilled or fresh)
- 1 c orange beans
- Grill chicken breast on the grill or George Forman grill and baste with barbecue sauce. Combine cabbage and slaw dressing or mixed green salad with dressing. Serve with green beans and grilled or fresh pineapple rings.
- Tip: Substitute 1 ½ c mixed green salad with 2 T salad dressing of your choice instead of coleslaw.
