Breakfast Crunch and Munch Banana Split

Mom & Dad, Grandma & Grandpa are going to love this as much as your kiddos do.

  • 1 small banana
  • 3 strawberries
  • 2 tbsp blueberries
  • 2 tbsp dried cranberries
  • 1 tbsp chopped pecans
  • 6 oz low fat yogurt (strawberry or vanilla)
  1. Peel and slice banana in half lengthwise

  2. Place banana slices in a small dish. Lay banana slices on top of each other to make the letter X

  3. Sprinkle 1/2 of the blueberries,

    1/2 of the dried cranberries,

    1/2 of the sliced strawberries around and on the banana slices

  4. Pour yogurt over the fruit mixture

  5. Add the remaining blueberries, cranberries, strawberries on top of the yogurt

  6. Sprinkle the chopped pecans on top for the finishing touch
